Gene opened Northern Tier Real Estate in 1994 as both Broker and owner after getting his real estate license in 1987 and working for a franchise and managing an office for several years. He is also a PA State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser as well as a PA Licensed Auctioneer. Prior to his real estate career he worked in the auction and dairy business for 10 - 15 years with Shaylor Auctioneers, with whom he is still affiliated. Gene provides competent professionalism with fairness to all his customers, and ensures confidentiality in all his real estate transactions. He attributes the success of the office to hiring personable and knowledgeable Realtors that keep the best interests of their customers and clients in mind. Gene and his wife Cindy have raised 3 children and live in Troy Township.
Phil was born in Troy, PA, graduated from Troy High School, worked on the family farm for 10 years, left to run his own trucking business for 13 years. Phil sold the trucking business and was then employed at the American La France in Elmira, NY for 15 years as a supervisor prior to the plant relocation. Active in his church, Ondawa Grange, and a 50 year member of the Big Pond Lions Club, Phil has been a school bus driver for 14 years. With over 17 years in real estate business, Phil has the experience to help buyers and sellers obtain their goals.
Terri has been a full-time Realtor since 1988, the president of the Bradford Sullivan Association of Realtors twice, and was named Realtor of the Year for 1999. Her success at putting buyers and sellers together and making the process as easy as possible for everyone involved keeps customers coming back.
