- For 2008 we are starting an exciting new offroad racing series. The NEOC was formed from a group of dedicated offroad riders. Our goal is to create a fun, family oriented series with a mix of competition and total commitment to producing the finest offroad events in the North East (quite possibly the country). Our courses will be a mix of woods, MX, rocks, mountains, enduro cross and South Jersey sand & roots. It will be some of the best terrain to hone, skill and challenge our offroad riders.
