For over twenty six years I have learned the appliance industry. Training, on hand experience and trail & error have taught me how to buy parts at the lowest price, how to only hire the best technicians and that communication is the most important part of this business. Customers need to be informed. Value and professional manner or our top concerns. We get the job completed fast by carrying over six thousand dollars of inventory on each truck and having multiple distributors so the job is done right the first time. If a technician ever has a problem, I am available to meet him to help or offer phone support. One thing I have learned in this business is that I don't know everything. I learn something new everyday. My technicians and I have weekly meetings to go over changes in the industry, new products and brain storm on things we all learned over the previous week. The customer service industry is hard. Customers want their appliances fixed now! and want it done at a lower price regardless of the estimate. With that in mind, we do all we can to meet our customers needs, offer the best value we can, get the job done fast and keep the customer informed of the status of their repair.
