What is now North Ridge Tours Inc. was started in 1984 as Janick Tours Inc. in Lakewood. Nick Modock and his late wife Janice, operated a very successful family tour business. They provided individuals and small groups with economical ways to travel our country by motor-coach. When Janice became ill, the tour operation dream was put on hold. Nick is now retired and along with his wife Diane, who also lost her spouse in April 2002, they have formed North Ridge Tours, Inc.
