Ostional Beach is north of Nosara, about a 30 minute drive. It is the second largest nesting site in the world of the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle. During the arribadas, thousands of turtles cover the beach to lay their eggs.
Pelada Beach is a white sand beach with rocky outcrops, where you can stand in the salt spray and explore the tidal pools.
