In November 1982, Hideo Noguchi along with two other insurance agents and three dedicated assistants established Noguchi & Associates, Inc. in a small office. With access to just four insurance carriers, they moved forward. Committed to fully serve the entire Hawaii business community, the Maui office opened in 1993, followed by the Kauai office in 1997 and the Kamuela office in 1998.
