Hard to believe it’s been almost 14 years since I embarked upon this journey. The date was April 2, 1990. The act was Jerry Seinfeld; (to this date, the only artist who has ever asked to “borrow” a pair of my socks- that I happened to be wearing!) Little did I know that this would be one of the more bizarre, but easiest artist requests I would deal with.
Since that time, NiteLite has grown to be a respected member of the concert and event industries, producing hundred’s of events throughout the country. Incidentally, Jerry Seinfeld hasn’t faired too badly either.
The concert business has changed SO dramatically since opening our doors -far greater than one could ever have dreamed-but our philosophy hasn’t; presenting the best live entertainment at the most affordable prices - without driving ourselves out of business. The philosophy still seems to be working-albeit with a little help from artists, managers and agents who actually care about their fans and promoters.
