Wedding Policies A deposit of $500 is required to book your wedding. The deposit is applied to your wedding coverage and is non-refundable. Without the deposit, your wedding day is not reserved and may be booked by another bride. Because all wedding photography is personally done by Nigel, it is important to book your day just as soon as possible. Two consultations will be held with the bride and groom prior to the wedding. The initial consultation involves paying a deposit and signing a wedding contract. The final consultation held two weeks before the wedding, allows the bride and groom and the photographer to go over the final details of the wedding, as well as collect the wedding coverage balance. All wedding coverages must be paid in full before the wedding day. A traveling fee may also be charged, depending on the location of your wedding. We will be happy to quote you a price.
