A non-partisan alliance formed to effect political and cultural change in a manner conducive to individual liberty within the State of New Hampshire, and to facilitate the distribution of support to those who share that goal.

RICH TOMASSO is a long-time activist on First Amendment issues, as well as tax reduction, private property ownership, self defense, healthcare choice and school choice. His political experience includes work on campaigns, helping draft legislation and testifying in Concord. He has been active in a number of civic organizations and works to find allies in the cause of liberty.

KEITH MURPHY spent most of his life witnessing firsthand the effects of over-government in his native city of Baltimore, and fell so in love with New Hampshire on his first visit he began planning to move here. He holds an undergraduate degree in political science and a graduate degree in community planning. A former legislative assistant and winning campaign manager, Keith brings years of real-life political experience to the NHLA board. He can often be found testifying on behalf of the NHLA in Concord, and currently serves as Selectman for Manchester's Third Ward.
