A 4 1/2 inch deep pot was selected to grow most hosta varieties. Some of the small and all of the mini varieties are in a deep 3 inch pot. This allows us to economically ship hosta to you any time during the growing season without the transplant shock involved with bare root shipping. Hostas are being shipped from late March to late September/early October. Depending on the weather and your location.
New Varieties are always being added to our selection. If there is something you are looking for, please contact us through the website. In the spring of 2006 there will be a large selection of 2 gallon and 4 gallon hosta for sale at the nursery. These are primarily the larger varieties.
