Suzanne Voter began her career as a consumer loan officer in San Francisco. In 1988, she was promoted to assist with the opening of an outside real estate loan center in Sacramento. It was this experience that led her to conclude that she could better serve clients by brokering. Suzanne obtained her real estate license in 1988, and became a mortgage broker in 1989. That same year, she established Delta Home Loans in Nevada County. Her areas of specialization include all types of loans, construction loans, and super jumbo loans for high-profile clients and those with complex financial pictures. Suzanne married John Voter in 1992, and they are parents to two young sons. She enjoys living and raising her children in a small town, but her heart belongs to the big city. She takes every opportunity to gather ideas and financing trends from the larger loan brokerages in and around the Bay Area and Southern California -- sharing them with her staff to better serve Delta's clients.
Born in Weisbauden, Germany, John Voter is a veteran of the U.S. Airforce. He moved first to Maine and then to California, where he was stationed at Beale Air Force Base. He has been in sales management and finance since his discharge from the military, and joined Suzanne at Delta Home Loans in 1992. John has been trained by Tom Hopkins, Zig Zigler, and Jackie Cooper. It is through these distinguished mentors that he came to develop a strong sense of commitment, integrity, and loyalty. His high energy and determination to satisfy his clients keeps them coming back and referring friends and neighbors - the highest compliment in the lending business. Strongly committed to family and community, John is actively involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Grass Valley Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board of The Food Bank, and families in need. He is involved with super bike racing teams and the proud owner of a world-record championship drag bike.
