On January 1, 2005 the AUTOMOTIVE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK was formed when two of the premier groups in the automotive aftermarket, Parts Plus and Independant Auto Parts of America merged. Combining the strength and stability of two of the top groups in the aftermarket resulted in a Network of 47 members with 242 WD locations and over $2 billion in annual sales. The combined group services 2,000+ affiliated auto stores and 1,400 affiliated service centers.
