While we think locally, EC COMM has the resources to act globally. In an equal partnership with Startec Global Communications on the US mainland we have created a Guam-based global telecommunications network called the Guam Cable Group (GCG). Through GCG, EC Communications owns buried fiber-optic cable on Guam and a significant share of bandwidth on undersea telecommunications cables that provide crystal-clear voice and data connections to the Philippines, Hawaii, the US mainland and through those "hubs" to almost anywhere in the world.
