Nerdvana started in 2009 as a show broadcasting for KISS-FM in Syracuse, NY. In Early 2010 the show suffered a huge blow with the loss of Josh Basile and Jeff Von Hendy two main cast members. It was then that show creator and current host Brad Stone brought in Eddie Shoemaker to fill the gap while he found a new cast. Ed turned out to be what Brad was looking for in one new cast member.
