I am honored to carry the endorsement of the DFL Party. As we count the milestones in this journey, I invite your participation over the next several months. We need your help. Minnesota’s progressive traditions rely upon an engaged and mighty citizenry. As citizens, we have the ability to shape our future. Our efforts, strengthened together, will bolster DFL efforts to win in November. We will win the majority in the House, win statewide races and restore Minnesota to a place in which we are proud to live.
As a registered nurse, I am an experienced advocate. At the core of nursing is the relationship between nurse and the person in her care. This relationship, a social compact, is built on trust. A primary goal of nursing is to move an individual or community to its finest state of wellbeing and independence. To achieve the goal, I listen, diagnose the root of the problem and I act on it. I will bring this well-honed practice to my work as your representative.
