The Nacogdoches Economic Development Corp. (NEDCO) is charged with promoting and stimulating economic development in Nacogdoches County, Texas. Our mission is to assist our existing businesses in retaining and expanding jobs, to recruit new industry and business to Nacogdoches, and to foster local entrepreneurship. Nacogdoches, the county seat of Nacogdoches County, is a vital transportation, business, university and tourism center in East Texas and the Texas Forest Country.
