December 13, 1989, 9:00pm EST: We are in our college dorm, eating take-out Chinese and waiting for "Thirtysomething" to come on TV. We watch together every week and talk late into the night about our dreams and aspirations for the future, wondering where we might find ourselves at thirty-something.

Fast forward ten years, 4:00pm PST: We sit at the Coffee Bean on Sunset Blvd. and start making our dreams a reality. After five lattes and several legal pads, we know we've found the answer to the questions we ask over a decade ago. We've found nedandshell.

After ten years of experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry, the former college roommates, Neda Jones and Michelle Siegel, founded nedandshell, Inc. in January 2001. Collectively they have worked with such companies as J. Crew, Levi's, Williams Sonoma, Henri Bendel, Old Navy, Estee Lauder, Bloomingdales, Carolee, Nike and Patagonia.
