The seed for the creation of Netory was planted after friends of its founders tried to setup their own web site for their newly established business. After trying to do it themselves, it became apparent that it was too much work to learn how to code a site, and do every thing that is involved in setting up a site. There were so many options and so many special deals. Which were good value and which were trying to rip you off?
They then tried to commission a professional web developer. Numerous quotes were well beyond what they could afford, and they often included a lot of unnecessary eye-candy.
The end result was that they decided to do with out a web site. Now that all they hype has gone out of the Internet, we are left with a medium that we recognize is not going to make anybody millions of dollars over night. Rather it is a very useful resource that is used by millions, not just to purchase online, but more to gather information prior to purchase.
