Description

The Nepean City Soccer Club is a community based volunteer organization dedicated to the presentation and promotion of soccer in West Ottawa. Serving ages 4 and up, the Nepean City Soccer Club supports over 1500 players in 14 House League divisions, 23 youth competitive teams and 10 adult teams through association with the Lynwood Soccer Club. Our fields are located in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada south of Baseline Road, north of Hunt Club Drive, west of Woodroffe Avenue through Bells Corners. This covers the communities of Centrepointe, Craig Henry, Trend-Arlington, Qualicum, Lynnwood and Bells Corners. Our goal, as a community club, is to provide development opportunities in playing, coaching and refereeing.

This past summer the NCSC was pleased to donate surplus soccer uniforms to two international charities. Through the generosity of its club members, NCSC was able to send used soccer uniforms to communities in Sierra Leon and Ivory Coast. The NCSC hopes to continue this practice in the coming years. By actively supporting charitable organizations who work with developing countries, NCSC hopes it is contributing in some small way in improving the quality of life through sport of those less fortunate.

The Club's competitive youth teams shall be known as the "Storm" and the official colours shall be green and white and black.
