What is the NDA?
The National Disability Authority (NDA) is an independent statutory agency established under the aegis of the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform by the National Disability Authority Act 1999.

How is NDA organised?
The NDA Authority meet monthly to discuss and review the progress of NDA. There are 43 staff within the NDA and there are 3 advisory committees representing key stakeholders in the area of Standards, Research and Mental Health.
