Canadian multicultural society does not tolerate prejudice against identifiable groups of law-abiding citizens. And yet … certain government and quasi-government organizations appear to believe that it is acceptable to discriminate against dog-owners.
The NCCPD is a volunteer organization that is working vigorously to make sure that this prejudice does not flourish in the Nation's Capital. Your help and support is essential.
