- After education in communication design from Mumbai university and bagging three awards for ad campaign he designed, Navin got his first professional break as visualizer in one of leading advertising firm Dacuhna Associate based in Mumbai. There after returning to Kathmandu in 1993, he served leading advertising companies in Nepal like JWT Nepal and his own co-founded firm MaxPro advertising as creative director where he helped create result oriented campaigns as well as awards for agencies's FMCG, Service and Social based clients like Surya Nepal, Standard Chartered Bank, Nepal Lever, Hotel Soaltee, FedEx, 2PM Noodle, Chocofun, FHI, Unicef, PSI, BBCWST.
