Nationwide Express Freight Forwarders Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 9 November 1988 under the name of Miramakmur Sdn Bhd. The company was acquired by Nationwide Express Courier Services Bhd on 20 July 1989. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nationwide Express Courier Services Bhd. The name Miramakmur was changed to Nationwide Express Freight Forwarders Sdn Bhd on 30 September 1994.
The company obtained the Forwarding Agent License in April 1, 1996 and subsequently commenced custom clearance followed by Johor Bahru Customs approving the Forwarding Agent License on May, 1996. Nationwide Express Freight Forwarders then expanded its license to Penang in Mac, 2002.
Nationwide Express Freight Forwarders was appointed a sales agent for Malaysian Airline System on 22nd April 2002 and currently handles Nationwide Express Courier Services Bhd's courier shipments to and from East Malaysia.
