- This is indeed a year to remember as it is now 18 years since NASCR's inception, way back in 1988 we had dreams of NASCR's longevity but those early pioneering days were very much an uphill struggle. So what is NASCR and what are it's aims? Many folk now know it as a source for a reliable internet Service but it didn't start there as NASCR's formation in 1988 was based on creating a trade association able to look after the interest of its members, all computer retailers in those days, and help to bring the industry together through dialog.
