- Welcome to NASCOR Racing. NASCOR began in 2004 as an offline league and expanded to online with the Saturday Night Cup Series, late that same year the Tuesday Night CTS Series was started. Then in 2005 we added the Busch, Aero 88, and the Hardcore Cup Series. NASCOR was founded by Jim Tester who guided the league thru start up and the initial first year. Tom Thomas was handed the reins in late 2004 and continues thru today.
