- Naruto Universe first began came about in 2004 when its two founders, Sparda and White Rabbit, decided to pay homage to one of there favourite anime's Naruto. Initial founded as Naruto UK work on the site started well but was abandoned before it was complete due to White Rabbit's 3rd year university educational responsibilities and a general dissatisfaction with the sites layout and design.
