Owners Anthony (Tony) and Elicia DeFrancesca have performed high quality hair care services for clients in the Meadowvale area for almost 25 years.
Outgrowing their small hair salon in the Meadowvale Town Centre, Tony & Elicia wanted to create a new place – a one-stop salon & spa where they could offer their clients full body treatments from head to toe.
To ensure that clients always receive the best service the industry has offer, Tony & Elicia are supported by a highly-trained team of stylists and estheticians -- all of whom are continually updating and refining their already strong skills.
