I obtained my Real Estate license in 1988. By 1992 I completed the courses necessary to obtain the "GRI" designation (graduate Realtors institute), "CRS" (certified residential specialist) and "SRES" (senior real estate specialist).
I am always up to date on the latest types of financing available to buyers, ensuring a smooth transaction for the buyers as well as the sellers. I like to remodel homes and have a natural flair for it. I believe this has given me the ability to excel in the Real Estate Business. Being familiar with home remodeling and repairs has enabled me to help a buyer through the inspection process and helped Sellers through the home preparation process when getting their home ready to market.
Since my first year in the Real Estate profession I have been among the Top Producing agents in Woodland, I attribute this to the time I have devoted to my clients as a full time agent and because I like what I do. I try to make the buying and selling process enjoyable for all.
