Andrew Lough claims that his entrance into Campus Dining Services at the University of Missouri was “not romantic.” But it was propitious. In 2002, he graduated from Oklahoma Christian University, located outside Oklahoma City, with a degree in public relations/advertising. After graduation, he and his fiancée, Tiffany, moved to Columbia, Missouri, so she could attend graduate school at the University of Missouri. Lough hoped to find a public relations job at a non-profit organization.
