About the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce The Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce (MVCC) is a non-profit, professional organization made up of the Martha's Vineyard business community consisting of the unique towns of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven (also known as Tisbury), Aquinnah, Chilmark and West Tisbury. The MVCC is both the local Chamber of Commerce and local Visitors and Convention Bureau serving Martha’s Vineyard.
