- Mohawk Valley Society for Human Resource Management (MVSHRM) is a non-for-profit organization that has been serving local Human Resource professionals for over 15 years. Formerly known as the Central New York Human Resource Managers Association (CNYHRMA), in 1999 the organization changed its name to identify itself more closely with the Mohawk Valley and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), thus becoming MVSHRM. As an affiliate of SHRM, MVSHRM support SHRM'S primary objective to advance the interests of the HR profession by serving its global membership of over 165,000.
