Meet Mary Greiner
Mary Greiner, musician and music consultant, is a native of Michigan. She attended Interlochen Arts Academy and graduated A.B. cum laude from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. An oboist with the North Carolina Symphony for twenty years and also with the Bach Aria Group in New York, she now performs with the Durham Symphony, the Raleigh Symphony, the Tar River Orchestra, the Triangle Wind Ensemble, and various church, stage, opera and Broadway productions.
Ms Greiner started Musicians Booking Agency in 1972 in Raleigh North Carolina to provide clients with quality classical music, dance bands and disc jockeys for social events in the Triangle. Her endeavor has been locally and nationally recognized for integrity and commitment. The Triangle Women, Cary News, Raleigh Business Digest, Business Properties - Triangle Edition, News and Observer, Chapel Hill Herald, Triangle Business Journal, The Spectator, and Nation's Business have featured articles about her service. In 2003 NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) voted her two best musical presentation awards, and she is also a Charter Member of the Triangle Bridal Association.
