- Hello, I am Don Lemmon. That's me in that picture. I am writing this entire page at 3:00 in the morning without editing or looking back so you can see that I am just trying to "keep it real." Look at that picture again. No, not because I think I look great. In fact, this isn't the best photograph I could find of myself but I am using it to make a point. The point is that I really do not work out as often as you think, I simply eat the way I describe on this site and yet I am in better shape than 90% of the population by far.
