Munich International Cricket Club | MIC
Description
Munich International Cricket club (MIC) was founded in 1992 out of the desire of several cricket enthusiast to play cricket in an independent, self financing and multi-racial club. Over the years, players from England, Scotland, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, USA and even from Uganda have worn the treasured MIC Cap.
Since its formation MIC has been the Munich Cricket Association (MCA), now called Bavarian Cricket Verband (BCV), League Champions several times as well as representing Southern Germany in the National finals twice. We have also won the MCA knock out and many other trophies including, several times, the In-door championships in Munich, Passau and Tegensee.
Our Cricket does not confine itself only to Munich as we celebrate regular annual tours to Prague, Freiburg or for that matter the International Cricket Tournament in the picturesque town of Zuoz (near St.Moritz) in Switzerland.
