M.R Satellite has been in business since 1994. Mike has an intrepreneur approach, in his words, he pays attention. He was the first outside technician hired by Bob Bloch when he brought Directv to Vermont. This highly technical business matched Mike's background from the Air Force and quickly evolved to M.R. Satellite. Initially, Mike did it all and soon hired an outside technician. After retiring from Verizon, his wife Pat, took over the inside duties. We now have 7 employees, 5 who are also Verizon retired. We have detail and technology backgrounds combined with training and a logic and reason attitude for problem solving. Many of our new customers are referred by existing customers.
No matter who installed your service, it is our goal to be there for you, quickly and effectively solving your service problem. We know that this policy has been an integral piece of our success. We live here, and we believe this makes our connection to our customer tighter and better for all of us.
