- I am in my fifteenth year of teaching in Fort Bend ISD. I was at Garcia M.S. from its opening day until I moved to Sartartia five years ago. While at Garcia I served as the Math Department Chair. Previous to Garcia, I was at Highlands Elementary. My favorite part of teaching is seeing the joy of understanding on the face of a student who finally "gets it" after struggling with a difficult math concept.
