The Martin/Pitt Partnership for Children, Inc. (MPPFC) is the Local Smart Start Agency for Martin and Pitt Counties. MPPFC began receiving Smart Start funds in October 1998. Our services are targeted for children, 0-5 years of age and their families. The mission of the Martin/Pitt Partnership for Children is to improve the quality of life for children and families through facilitating a trusted and coordinated community system of education, health, and family support services.
