We strive to insure that a client is never in a situation where their calls are not returned and they are not advised of the status of their matter. Additionally, we are constantly incorporating technology into our practice in order to use our time most effectively for our client and to keep costs at a minimum. At the same time, we are able to provide the client with the most up to date information, methods and resources available to serve the client. This also allows us to compete head to head with large law firms, many of which do not implement technology into their firms.
Finally, at the resolution of a clientís matter, we forward to each client a survey for them to assess the quality of the service they received from our firm. This allows the client to provide feedback on our services. It also motivates us to constantly strive to provide the best quality service to our clients.
