- Motion Sports Management was formed out of a love for the sports of running and triathlon. We have developed our passion with our involvement as athletes, volunteers, race officials and race organizers. The MSM team has about 100 years of combined experience as competitive athletes; both in the professional ranks and as top age groupers. We also have significant race management experience both professionals and as volunteers. Several of us came to MSM after years in corporate America where the goals were based on dollars and cents. This experience is invaluable in several respects. First of all we understand the demands of balancing training and a busy career and secondly, if your goal is to run a successful event, we understand the business side that is critical in any successful endeavor.
