Pa Mortgage Center or MortgageSpotters.com is sponsored by Blue Comet Mortgage Express. BCME is a company with a unique name and a personal approach to doing business. Founded by Marty Cook in 2003, Blue Comet enjoyed modest beginnings in the dining room of the Cook household. As a result, the company has been impacted along the way by family members. Indeed, son Jason named the company, while daughter Jenna designed the company logo.
Blue Comet is named after a once-famous train. Marty says he likes the train connection "because it relates to something that is substantial and well orchestrated, runs on time, and is the backbone in servicing our economy's movement of goods." That pretty much sums up the operations at Blue Comet, where things are kept running like a well-oiled machine that stays on schedule and never misses a beat.
Beyond their desire to operate a well run company, the folks at Blue Comet are simply good people helping other good people realize their dreams of residential home ownership and security or commercial property acquisition and wealth building. They do this by offering a square deal to all comers. "The first order of business is to know our customers," says Marty. "We want to learn about each customer and their goals. Only then can we determine their mortgage needs."
