Attempting to do science, we acquired some experience to develop and characterise polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. During the time, the demand of our friends and colleagues for new antibodies reached a limit, available at our institute facilities. At the Spring 1996, we decided to establish a small company, enabling to share our knowledge and experience to any person interested.
