Pamela Webb Moore
Pam Moore formed her own companies, Moore Innovation and MooreNames, in 1999 after spending 27 years with Synectics, a consulting company noted for business innovation.
She helped build the company from a small training and service group to an international corporation with a broad range of consulting services. She was a Partner of the company, served on the Board of Directors and led the New Product and Marketing Services Group.
Her avid interest in language and background in linguistics was the basis for developing the naming service for Synectics. The randomness and unpredictability of the naming process frustrated her and many of her clients. After several years of investigation and experimentation, she developed a process for naming that has continually helped her clients get great new brand names over the last twenty years.
