At the time of this writing, I am a 44 year old cigarette ad collector. I've collected cigarette ads most of my life.
I haven't smoked regularly in about a year at the time of this writing... although I did smoke a couple cigarettes a few months ago. I've smoked on and off for my entire adult life, although I have smoked pretty steadily in the last several years. I last smoked Misty Menthol Lights 120s, but I have smoked Virginia Slims, Kools, Newports, and Salems regularly at times in the past.
I may well smoke again in the future, or this could be the development of something anticipated by myself, and others, for some time. That is, I've always depended so much on the support of the cigarette ads... well, there's pretty much no new cigarette ads anymore, at least very, very few that interest me. So, today, for someone like myself, not only are cigarettes themselves exorbitantly expensive with all the taxes, but you have to buy the cigarette ads to support them, as well.
