Polly Hunter Grimes State Regent 2007 - 2010 Welcome to the web site of the Mississippi State Society, Daughters of the American Revolution. The State Board of Management and I are delighted to share with you the goals and objectives of the State Society through this avenue of communication. Since the organization of the Mississippi State Society on May 5, 1896, in Natchez, our Society has grown from one chapter with twelve members to eighty-one chapters with over 4,100 members.
