- Janet is certified in Swedish, Reflex, Sports, and Prenatal Massage as well as Cranial-Sacral Therapy. Janet is also a Certified Certified Massage Doula and Infant Massage Instructor. She performs chair massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, Cupping Massage (includes Lymphatic Drainage), Active Isolated Stretching, and various deep tissue techniques. She is also trained to do spa treatments like body wraps, salt glows, and paraffin treatments. Janet is currently taking a course in Myoskeletal Release. She will also be offering Thai Yoga Massage soon.
