Description
The year 2003 was not just another ordinary year in the life of the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center; it was, and will always be remembered as, the year of the Center’s birth.
MIPLC is a project of four partners from two continents: the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law, the University of Augsburg, the Technische Universität München, and the George Washington University Law School.
We are honored to have many of the most prominent leaders in academia, practice, government and industry join us as members of our Advisory Boards and we are deeply grateful to be able to draw on their wisdom and experience. We have three separate Advisory Boards – one that is completely internal to the MIPLC, and two that stem from the MIPLC's status as a unit of the Max Planck Society.
