Millstone Valley Chorus
Description
Under the direction of Director Jack Pinto, our 60-member chorus boasts members from Mercer, Somerset, Middlesex, Ocean, Hunterdon counties in New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our common bond is a love of singing and performing at private and community functions. Our repertoire includes popular ballads, lively uptunes, jazz, patriotic and blues songs, and we liven up performances with costumes and choreography.
Our musical skills are honed in weekly rehearsals. Women between the ages of 18 and 80 are eligible to audition for membership.
Sweet Adelines is a worldwide, non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and teaching four-part barbershop harmony, an American folk art, for women's voices.
