David Minton, who needs no introduction, has been involved in the business for over thirty years, with the Curragh Bloodstock Agency, David Minton Bloodstock, the British Bloodstock Agency for 6 years and now with Highflyer Bloodstock. With his wife Juliet they have a 40 box American barn with horse walker and all weather ménages.
The farm lends itself to young horses as it is set well away from any main roads and there is easy access to all parts of the farm.
Mill House Stud has now been selling for seven years at all the major sales in England and Ireland. We had a successful May Sale 2004 at Doncaster, highlighted by the three year old French bred store, Calin Royal selling for 185,000 gns. This was followed up with a lovely three year old filly by Alflora out of Vanina II selling for 100,000gns in 2005.
