Well, first off don't let the PLC bother you. That stands for Professional Limited Liability Company. The Kentucky Statutes allow people to do business in ways that protect them from certain types of liability and in ways to save taxes. Our PLC does both. We have at the present time a full time staff of seven persons. Three of the seven are lawyers. The others are secretaries, bookkeepers and receptionists.
John C. Miller, is a graduate of Taylor County High School, the University of Kentucky College of Business and Economics and the University of Kentucky College of Law. Before returning to Campbellsville, John practiced law in Lexington with the Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs law firm. He was involved with their litigation department for 3 years. Admitted to practice law in Kentucky in 1992. Also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
Shelly S. Miller, is a graduate of Union County High School (Sturgis, Kentucky), the University of Kentucky College of Business and Economics and the University of Kentucky College of Law. Before coming to Campbellsville she worked 2 years in the Federal Court system with an emphasis on criminal law. Admitted to practice law in Kentucy in 1993. Also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
