The staff of Military Battery Systems, Inc. is proud to continue the effort of the company founder; Gary Johnson (1930 - 2005). Gary got his start in the battery industry as CEO of Optima Batteries, Inc. Prior to Optima he held the position of CEO at a number of other successful companies including Hydrogen Products, Inc., Esab Inc., and Heath Engineering, Inc. Gary was our boss, mentor, and most of all a friend.
